Day 17 – Respect

Respect your body.
Give it good fuel. You wouldn’t put sugar or dirty fuel in the vehicle you drive. Have the same respect for the vehicle you walk around in.
Give it plenty of rest.
Move it.
Expose it to nature daily.
Drink a lot of water.
Spend 15 minutes in the sun each day.
Read and listen to inspiring things.
Have meaningful conversations…don’t gossip.
Your thoughts matter…keep them positive.
Nurture the aches and pains.
Keep it out of harm’s way.
Play more.
Love it.
It’s the only one you have; take care of it.
