How To Change Your Perspective

Sometimes all we need is a change of perspective to remove the ‘what’s wrong’ from a situation to a ‘what’s right.’  Instead of focusing on what’s wrong with a person or a situation, start looking at the good stuff; what’s right?  What we focus on flourishes, so if you are committed to finding the negative in people, places, or things then you can expect to see plenty, and you can also expect to feel negative.  On the other hand, if you allow yourself a perspective change, you can start to feel better about the situation.  There is always at least one good thing that we can focus on in any given case.  If you want to feel better, focus better.
