𝑨𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 generally are feelings we have when living in the 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒕.
𝑭𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒏𝒙𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚 generally are feeling we have when we are thinking about the 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆.
These feelings are self-constructed prisons that rarely bring us 𝑷𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕.
It has taken some time, but I have come to know that there is great wisdom in 𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒚 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒆 aka being in the moment. The past is over and done. We get to decide the meaning that we give to it. The future hasn’t happened yet; worrying about it doesn’t change anything.
